Error displaying uploaded dmp pdf from pdf icon in "Pilot Upload Projects" table:

On staging:

  1. Go to "Pilot Upload Projects" table
  2. Select test project "[Connecting Dynamics and Thermodynamics to Predict ...](https://dmptool-stg.cdlib.org/dashboard/dmp/doi.org_10.48321_D1BBF9cc5c" created by me on 3-20-24
  3. Click on pdf icon.
  4. Expected behaviour: pdf opens in a new window
  5. Actual behaviour: pdf does not appear and error message is received in new window: "This dmptool-stg.cdlib.org page can’t be foundNo webpage was found for the web address: https://dmptool-stg.cdlib.org/https://https/rails/active_storage/blobs/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaHBBcjBEIiwiZXhwIjpudWxsLCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--ea3763fd3c97135b7650544a34d47593629106c6/dmsp%20upload%20test.pdf HTTP ERROR 404"
