We need to update the "Terms" page in dmptool to change "Privacy policy" to "Privacy Statement" #588

Per Rachael Hu's request:

On this DMPTool page, we need to change the "CDL privacy policy" to read "CDL privacy statement".

The question is whether we should change all four instances of "privacy policy" to "privacy statement" on the page.

This is the updated CDL Privacy statement: https://cdlib.org/about/policies-and-guidelines/privacy-statement/
