Text changes in the app.po

I assume these should both be changes to the app.po files:

• "Organizational admin privileges" in Edit user privileges modal (screenshot 1)
• Revise text below 'Guidance list' on Admin Guidance page as follows (screenshot 2): If you do have a need to provide guidance for specific funders that would not be useful to a wider audience (e.g. if you have specific instructions for applicants to NSF Engineering), you can do so by adding guidance to individual questions as "customizations" in the Templates area.

I changed the guidance text in the app.po file in dev.

but I can't find the string for the "Organisational admin privileges" to make that change @briri

i just corrected the spelling of "proveleges" and made another minor adjustment to guidance text directly in app.po file on dev.

the spelling for "organization" is incorrect now on the Share tab radio buttons for Private visibility (screenshot below). this string is missing form the app.po file so i can't fix it myself.
