Learn menu layout changes when I switch to pt-BR #222

When I switch the language setting to pt-BR the Learn menu switches to a single column layout instead of two columns (screenshot below). It should remain as two columns. Also there's a missing translation for 'For Administrators' that was previously translated.

can't test this until translations are back...

i can't test this on stage since translations are still missing. will take your word for it and double check after deployed to prod @briri
