Attempting to upload org logo produces 500 error #225

Admin user reported that she was unable to upload an org logo (screenshot of error below). I tested as super admin and org admin and all attempts produced the same 500 server error. This is only happening on dmptool (not roadmap stage).

issue appears to be resolved now. @briri still combing the logs to determine what was causing this bug.
