Replace all 'shibboleth' references with 'institutional credentials' #7

Replace all occurrences of the word 'shibboleth' with 'institutional credentials'. Look through the views and we may also need to update the identifier_schemes table or branding.yml if any of the labels originate from there (branding.yml changes should be done in the dmptool_config repo).

i can't find any references to shib. closing issue.
