Converted OpenSearch index over to a DynamoDB table. This is temporary until we get more familiar with OpenSearch.
Removed DataCite GraphQL API Harvester
Added a DataCite REST API Harvester
Updated the Harvestable DMPS to focus only on the uploaded pilot partner DMPs for now
