Deploy OpenSearch in DMPTool production environment.

Check list:

[ ] OpenSearch resource check (enough space for DMPTool PRD including ROR and other large tables)
[ ] Create the DMPTool Prd index in OpenSearch
[ ] Define DMPTool search/OpenSearch SLA
[ ] Setup Nagios alert
[ ] Define Backup plan when OpenSearch becomes unavailable
[ ] UI Tests - search + reports + basic functional tests

Production deployment schedule:

Create prod index
Start populating and testing
Prd deployment: 1 or 2 weeks afterward
