Decommission old dmphub stg hosts (main account) #53

We have successfully connected the DMPTool stage hosts (main was account) to the new DMPHub AWS based system (uc3 was account).

I am now comfortable with decommissioning the dmphub dev and stage hosts. I do not force a need for us to revert back. The hosts are:

The following MySQL databases used by the above hosts can also be deleted. DO NOT delete the entire RDS instance or the other databases as these are used by the DMPTool application which still runs in the main AWS account!

This is done. hosts have been removed.
