[ ] Ensure that the new prod environment is online and functioning.
[ ] Ensure that the site has a homepage (we redirect to DMPTool at the moment)
[x] Update the data stack so that S3, Cognito and DynamoDB are protected from accidental deletion.
[ ] Have IAS point dmphub.cdlib.org to point to the new DMPHub prod system

this is done. we have been running the system in production since January
