Fixes for issues that arose after DMPTool v5 migration
Added error handling to citation gem so it stops emailing the admin when the user enters a DOI that does not supply BibTex
Fixed bug in citation gem
Added error handling for HTTParty errors in the external-api gem
Added logic that strips the Narrative download URL from DMPs with private visibility
Updated CORS so that it allows all headers
Updated Layer dependencies
Added shell script that triggers an EZID update for the specified DMP ID
