Build out the user profile page.
We need to brainstorm on how we want to handle when a user wants to change their affiliation org.
Do we require them to authenticate via the affiliation's SSO? If so, how to do we determine which orgs use SSO?
Changing affiliation should revoke any administrative permissions the user may have.
The user should be able to delete/archive their account
