- Table that lists all users a person has permission has to view (all for Super Admin, org-only for Org Admins)
- Ability to search for users by name or email
- Table that shows these fields, but not School we're not using, and unsure about Active:
- All table fields can be sorted up or down
- Number of plans can be clicked to bring up those plans

Need the table of users to see, search, and sort to find users to grant roles to.
