SQL query for DataCite schema versions #212

It is useful to know how many identifiers are in EZID that use older versions of the DataCite metadata schema. This task is to set up a SQL query that can identify:

  1. All DOIs using schema versions older than 4.x
  2. List of DOIs associated with each schema version older than 4.x
  3. Counts of DOIs by version
  4. EZID users associated with each DOI

This information will be helpful for following up with users to encourage them to update to more recent schema versions.
