Investigate issues with Merritt ingest #213

From Merritt: we had a 502/bad gateway minter failure occur for an object during the submission of a large batch for UCB. This is the second time we’ve seen the error happen with a series of submissions, so wanted to mention it. Here are the timestamps for each occurrence:

Closing this for now. Unable to properly investigate and determine the cause of the issue, and it has not happened again. Minting infrastructure has changed significantly in the interim. Will re-open and re-investigate if the problem reappears.
