Summary:
When users register DataCite DOIs in the UI with the DataCite profile, they have the option to enter multiple titles. When multiple titles are provided, a title type can be selected to distinguish the entries. In the EZID UI, this selection is performed with a radio button. Currently, the radio buttons for title type are not clickable in the UI, except for the default "Main title" button that is automatically pre-selected by default.
Desired resolution:
(1) Allow users to change the default pre-selection of "Main title" for the first title element
(2) Allow users to indicate any title type for any additional titles entered
To reproduce:
In the EZID UI, go to "Create Identifier"
Click to the "Advanced" tab
Select a DataCite DOI shoulder
In the Title section of the form, enter a sample title
Attempt to change the title type for the main title.
Click the "plus" icon to add a new title field and enter another title
Attempt to select one of the radio button options for title type
