Pull down project metadata for the UC Berkeley Gump Research Station from the GeOMe website .

Converted the R program provided by the GeOMe team to a ruby script that pulls down project metadata. See this repo's README for more info on the program.

Emailed John with some questions about what project ids to include in our initial collection. The R program hard-codes project #25 but there are many others. We want to limit ourselves to Gump data.

Pulled data down from GeOMe via their API and separate Biocode data as EML. Wrote script to convert both into a standard JSON format
