Gather together project metadata from the BCO-DMO system(s).

Met with Adam and am expecting him to send us their high level project metadata as JSON with links to PDF DMPs. He will also send the link to the NSF API documentation that they are using to extract grant/award data.

Received JSON from BCO-DMO and wrote a script to transform it into our standardized JSON format
