Social Science Data Archive stage collection for UCLA

Summary

Tim Dennis has requested a collection on stage to test deposits with. The longer term goal this is associated with is depositing UCLA's SSDA collection into Merritt. This collection currently resides in Harvard Dataverse, but UCLA would like to preserve its data in Merritt if feasible. This could be considered a second UCLA pilot (see https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/165733832), but for a social science collection.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new collection on Merritt stage is set up, or it's determined if an existing demo collection could be used.
• Criteria for and goals of preservation for SSDA are realized and recorded.
• Cost modeling is considered.
