Load-balance audit & replic in stage #132

@dloy When you have a moment, could you please comment on why load balancing is applicable with regard to both audit and replic? Thanks

Caught up with @dloy and he noted that load balancers are not being used for audit and replic. Going to close this out as an "invalid" ticket.
