OpenSearch Docker: explore "advanced table" plugin in order to right-justify data table dashboard widget #1563

Consider this option. This may be way more functionality than we need to just manipulate CSS.

@elopatin-uc3 , removing from the Sprint for now. In the future, we should determine if we have time/bandwidth to build a DEV environment to contribute to OpenSearch.
