Recurring: LDAP Restart for new certificate #1829

New production certificates have been created and processed as of 4/14 The new certificate was processed in a non-date based directory /apps/ldap/ssl/uc3-ldap01x2-prd.cdlib.org

This will likely get overwritten during the next certificate cycle. @ashleygould

We have until May 12 before current cert expires. Will wait until Ashley is back before restarting LDAP in case of a problem.

New cert went in as expected and is good until July 12

*  start date: Apr 13 19:08:22 2024 GMT
*  expire date: Jul 12 19:08:21 2024 GMT
