Ingest batch 5 of Robbins Collection manuscripts from RBN-03.

[x] Copy MS data to ZFS
[x] Separate JPEG files
[x] Remove any unwanted hidden files
[x] Generate ZFS checksums
[x] Generate hdd checksums
[x] Diff checksums
[x] Obtain MS metadata
[x] Generate zips
[x] Generate zip checksums
[x] Generate .checkm file with metadata and md5 data
[x] Submit manuscripts in batches
[x] Delete source files, leave zips for later validation
