Change description

Enable storage production Linux 2 hosts into production

Infrastructure Changes to support software (ALB, EFS, etc):

On host uc3-mrtweb-prd edit httpd conf file to include new hostnames in apache
loadbalancer rotation:
      vi /dpr2/apps/apache/conf/conf.d/rndmap.map
      /dpr2/apps/apache/bin/apachectl graceful

CDL-SYS tickets submitted: Migrate uc3-mrtstore*-prd ISSUE=13476 PROJ=2

Route 53 CNAME changes: sword01-aws -> uc3-mrtstore01x2-prd sword02-aws -> uc3-mrtstore02x2-prd
