Enable JSON output for reports generated by the Merritt admin tool.

Summary

In order to provide data for Tableau dashboards, the output of existing Merritt Admin tool reports should take the form of JSON. In the interim, ahead of determining an access model, this data is likely to be written to a specific S3 location, and refreshed on an ad-hoc basis during dashboard development. Once we begin sharing dashboards with campuses, it would be beneficial to update data on a daily basis.

Reports that are likely to be used in initial dashboard layouts:

• FY2020 Invoices, FY2019 Invoices
• File Counts by Collections, File Counts by Owner
• Mime Groups
• Object Counts by Owner and Collection
• Producer Files Added by Date (Last week), Producer Files Added by Date (Last 4 weeks)
• Producer Files Added by Date (All time)
• File Size Added by Date (Last week)
• Files Added by Date (Last 4 weeks)
• Recent object updates by collection (object details)
