EZID Link Check: Update a set of ARKs for objects in eSchol collection to status Unavailable #629

Summary

A recent EZID link checker report surfaced numerous broken links. The vast majority of these belong to withdrawn or removed eScholarship publications. The PAD team agrees that the ARK status for these should be set to Unavailable. A list of ARKs is attached.

@elopatin-uc3 There are 4366 arks in the CDV list

251 are available in EZID and can be tombstone
4115 have a "Not Found" description and do not look to be available in Merritt or EZID

Could it be that we already removed the 4115 from EZID? Also, there is no should associated with the ARKs, but I'm assuming it is 13030.

Thanks @mreyescdl, I think we should cross reference a few of the arks with a "Not Found" status against a recent link checker report. I can do this. Also, I believe it's safe to assume the shoulder is 13030. The PAD team should be able to confirm.
