Delete content from Dash migrated to Dryad #635

Issue

Dash content has now been copied to Dryad and is working with the Dryad system. The older content needs to be removed from Merritt using the Merritt Delete handling.

Processing

Attach list of delete arks
Use Merritt Delete to remove this content from primary, secondary storage, inv db, and localid dash-del.txt

@dloy What sort of timing would you feel comfortable with when it comes to removing the old Dash collection content? Should we wait for a few more weeks (?) before working on this?

Filed https://github.com/CDLUC3/mrt-doc/issues/639 for removing Dash collection profiles after content has been deleted.

Note that we'll need to handle #637 separately. @marisastrong is looking into this.

@dloy I have confirmed with Daniella and Scott that deleting old Dash collection content (except for DataONE Dash) can be done starting this sprint (52).
