• This will be a simple Sword JVM restart
• Must coordinate with Dryad team
• Perform in tandem with https://github.com/CDLUC3/mrt-doc/issues/680 to minimize Dryad pause occurrences

Purpose

• Support new Ingest LB endpoint (ingest.cdlib.org)
