RAW_LAB_NAME definition #13

The text in the definition for the RAW_LAB_NAME field in the LAB_RESULT_CM table references "Local code" but should reference "Local name" instead.

This item has been incorporated into the draft v3.1 CDM specification, with PCORnet-wide open feedback cycle opening October 3-14, 2016.
