I've tried with saves from multiple games, even by generating only a single type (ex. Ice-type which should generate Alolan Vulpix/Sandshrew and Galarian Darumaka.) But the forms are not being randomly generated.
So no region forms are appearing and Pokemon like Shellos, Basculin, Flabebe, Scatterbug and Pumpkaboo only appear in one form.
