Pokemon importing to gen 6 not as eggs #6

Whenever I attempt to import Pokemon into a gen 6 game they do not come as eggs but rather pre hatched pokemon. It is simple to go through each one and change it to an egg but that ruins the mystery of the egglocke. I

I have experimented and found this issue stretches across all of the generations, I compared the import to a old import from months ago that worked properly and the only difference was that for the old one the met condition was day care providers but it was link trade as egg in the non working version. This may be less of a problem with your tool and more pkhex updating but idk

That sounds like an issue with my tool, unfortunately -- it's probably the Bulk Importer and not the Egg Generator acting up. I'm in the process of completely reworking the importer tool/updating it to be compatible with the latest version of PKHeX -- hopefully, that will resolve the problem!
