REDMod, RED4ext, Redscript, CET wikis #9

As of March 2024, I have the yellow (Cyberpunk Modding) wiki and the red (Wolvenkit) wiki covered enough to mostly keep them updated, but the following wikis are not so lucky:

Especially the latter is sad, because psiberx has a bunch of intel on his github repositories that could be migrated over so that everything is in one place. (Also, psi is wasted on writing documentation, but somebody has to, or nobody will use all those amazing features).

If you want to edit any of them or even become the head gardener (wiki admin), don't hesitate to reach out.

Developers usually goes to the README / Wiki of repositories to learn about their content. But I was thinking a page might be added to reference all known repositories ? Like the one from psiberx. That's why I added the RedLib guide on RED4ext.
