Design footage page filters and video view #1

Currently functional but not pretty.

Would be best if the modal was already large enough to accommodate the video when first opened, rather than the video running over the side when played.

Buttons should likely be resized or reorganized in some way, possibly alphabetized or ordered by number?

I've organized the buttons alphabetically and I believe that the modal resizing is done. However, in general the page could use some styling help. Also see #14
