Okay I've tried to pick a range so that you have lots to choose from in terms of background transparent patterns / subtle touches vs very bold banner kind of things

It's possible that the band program may have photos they could send us of the modern band, but I think that we have plenty to select from for older things as well :)

Closing this for now because we have an image that I'm pretty happy with for now as the main banner, but if we want to have another image below that, we can search for it later
