Missing timeline center line #33

Class in question is "band-center-line". Something happened to it during the styling of the website

I believe this is due to the z-index. It used to be -1 to put it behind the timeline "start" but now there must be something else covering it? I was unable to get it to hide behind the "start" by manipulating their z indexes, though I don't really understand why it wouldn't have worked?
