5 years ago @karindalziel I realized this was becaues I was doing something dumb to all links while trying to just get the title to style without link looking stuff, which I undid on the copy that I have at home but feel free to make any and all changes to this and I'll just undo my changes as necessary during the merge
for some reason, they only turn red or hover maroon after they have been clicked, but otherwise don't look like links from the beginning or on hover.
clicked on left, not yet clicked on right
not really sure where this behavior would be coming from as there is fairly minimal styling being applied to that page?
