add timeline dates to image gallery #55

This will make it more clear that you are moving between events and not just looking at multiple photos for one event

Also while in there, standardize image attributions

image attributions have been standardized I think I'm moving this to a later milestone because most of the caption have a date in them, and I will need more time to figure out how to style a new date somewhere associated with the caption
