Display archival notes differently #172

We ideally want archival notes (notes written by librarians or archivists) to display differently than the surrounding text. These would be any notes (<note>) with @type="archival". I'm not sure exactly how we want them to display; I'm open to suggestions. Maybe just a different color or underlining, which we'll explain in the display key...? Or we can maybe do "[archival note]" in square brackets, with a common underlining?

There's an example of this in ccda.corr00080 (line 141); also in line 131 of the same file
