create subcategory for correspondence #213

At a meeting with Kevin on 12/14/22, the directors decided that "From Chesnutt" and "To Chesnutt" should ultimately be the two subcategories for correspondence. I'm not sure there's a real easy way to do that for now but it shouldn't be too hard sometime in January/February.

For now we can just list the subcategory as "correspondence" or "letter" or just leave it blank, whichever you think is best, @karindalziel .
