Additional space before `<dateline>` (or maybe after `<address>`?). #255

Could we add some additional space before <dateline> or maybe after <address>? In letters such as this (https://cdrhdev1.unl.edu/chesnutt/item/ccda.corr00800), the address and dateline butt right against each other and look a bit odd, particularly given that we leave space between separate portions of the <address> (that is, between separate <address> blocks). So, I'm not sure if it's a matter of adding space after <address> or space before <dateline>

That looks awesome, @erinchambers! Maybe the space between dateline and salute could be the same as that between address and dateline? But if that's difficult, it's perfectly fine as-is.
