Need to add a note about the copy text to all published works #81

We need to add an editorial note to the metadata of all published works, stating what we used as our copy text for the transcription (whether microfilm, an original, or a secondary source).

Yeah, it is different. This one (#81) is really just for me, telling me that I need to add an editorial note to all the published works. But that might have to wait until after launch. The thing in #89 can be done now though, if it's easy enough.
