Cody: Fix search results for personographies

Some people in the personography section have no search results when you click on their name. I think this is because of slight variations in the way the name appears. For example c. instead of approximately.

We think this is a metadata issue, leaving for Laura to make a first pass at cleaning up.

I have taken a first pass at cleaning this up. Now the json needs to be regenerated.

I think I will need to take another pass after the json is regenerated because I think none of the names that have been added recently are appearing on this list, so I think those new names will need additional cleanup.

There's something strange with that URL's link construction -- it looks like it's trying to do a full text query for the person's name and fq restrict it to only personography results....very weird.

I assume instead it should be querying the people list:

I think I have fixed all of the above names except: Kicking Bear Peake Short Bull Yellow Hair I have sent an email asking for clarification on these remaining 4 people.

Note that it turns out we will probably need more detailed encoding in the VRA in order to select "people" from the terms.
