wfc.photographs.xsl duplicate id #4

There was an error transforming scripts/ruby/../../projects/cody_archive/dublin_core/wfc.photographs.xml: 
Error at xsl:result-document on line 26 of dc_to_html.xsl:
  XTDE1490: Cannot write more than one result document to the same URI:
  file:/var/www/html/data/projects/cody_archive/html-generated/PN.312.2.txt
Cannot write more than one result document to the same URI: file:/var/www/html/data/projects/cody_archive/html-generated/PN.312.2.txt

Also, wfc.smithsonian.xml is inside the TEI directory and should be removed or moved to dublin core
