Places don't seem to be pulling from TEI #134

these places don't seem to be pulling from the TEI

as an example, Fort Lupton, Colorado should have more than 7 results: https://cdrhdev1.unl.edu/family_letters/en/search?f%5B%5D=places%7CFort+Lupton%2C+Colorado

I think I got this fixed by pulling the placeName TEI field
