Links currently look like this: /search?lc_index_combined_ss=Clark,+William||person&lc_searchtype_s=journal_entry

This doesn't trigger the filter groups to expand or allow one to clear the filter.
These links do work on the index pages for just one type of name. Extend similar behavior to All tab.
