Some index items not showing up #175

Search for "abert" - clicking returns 0 results

The problem is facets from notes aren't showing up.

Since we index from entries, we'll have to pull notes specific to that entry.

Thought I got this fixed, but I did not :(

Got it, just forgot to close out entry. What I did was find each reference in each entry, go down into the footnotes, and then for each of the three types of named entities there add to the index. The code it not great but it works.
