Daily Nebraskan misdating #34

Janel brought it to my attention that she and Josh from SPEC found some issues where the date is incorrect in the image itself, so therefore the issue was mislabeled, potentially overwriting a correctly dated issue. She is working on gathering more information and looking for similar cases.

The mislabeled issue is dated 23 February 1958. The date is printed incorrectly on the issue and should be 23 February 1959. This issue has been filmed twice, and we currently serve the same issue for the dates of 23 February 1958 (Sunday) and 23 February 1959 (Monday). It appears as if the 1958 issue, which should have a date of 24 February, has not been microfilmed. If we can track down a print copy of this issue, we might be able to add it to nebnews.

To resolve this item, we just need to remove the misdated issue (23 February 1958) from batch_nbu_echo.
