Upgrade to Rails 6 #177

After this is done, make a new issue to upgrade existing orchid sites

I suspect that this might be a major release, since it may require significant updates to its host applications in order to upgrade from rails 5 to rails 6. Marked as 4.0 but if we don't mind the breaking change we could make it a minor version instead.

One reason this should be done is that it currently uses the mimemagic gem which has been pulled
