Add CSV download links #36

This would go alongside search results at least.

Are there other places with subsets of the data where these would be appropriate?

Links to all of the data will be links to the GitHub repos, included in the API collection metadata, yes? I suppose people may still want full csv exports? Maybe those should be pre-generated somewhere?

Would recommend no longer using the above sparc CSV branch, but rather the csv implementation in the master branch
