Add descriptions to units / zones #167

@ccheitman will verify if the descriptions are zone or unit level. If unit, we can add to the spreadsheet and ingest as a new column. If zone, perhaps we should put the descriptions into a yaml file that can be associated with zone creation

OK! I think I have these done. One note. For the extramural units (P, BW, TT and SA) we only have 1 description (as opposed to a room and a separate unit description which often, though not always, vary). So the extramural units are always duplicate entries for the "room" and the unit descriptions. If the display for these works the same as the regular rooms, that won't be a problem.

Also, I checked the xml with an online validator and fixed various errors. The only one I can't resolve is this one: "This page contains the following errors: error on line 1204 at column 16: Opening and ending tag mismatch: room line 0 and descriptions"...? GitHub doesn't like the SublimeText 2 file type, so I'm going to email the file to Jessica. :)
